Our Sports Performance classes are for athletes 12 years old all the way up to college age. Each session is 90 minutes long with the first 45 minutes dedicated to sprint mechanics and change of direction ability. We analyse an athletes movement and work to remove any inefficiencies through technique drills as well as verbal coaching cues. The final 45 minutes are for individual strength and power work. Each athlete will be provided their own workout during this time. This is not group training, as each athlete will be working on their own program based on their current level of strength and movement efficiency.
Our adult fitness classes are for people of all ages and fitness levels. Our program involves strength training, high intensity cardio, mobility and flexibility drills, core training, and rehabilitation if needed. Each individual will be provided a workout that is progressive in workload and intensity each week. This is not a group training class as each individual has their own separate program to do.

YOUTH SPEED AND AGILITY
Monday-Friday 4:30-5:30pm
Unlimited Training
Our youth speed and agility classes are for ages 7-11 years old. This is a 60 minute class dedicated to improving sprinting mechanics. We teach proper body positioning by improving arm swing, lean angles, shin angles, and knee drive while sprinting, decelerating, changing direction, and jumping. We utilize medicine ball throws and general strength training exercises as well to develop the required strength and power to be a great athlete.
